About YOJO
YOJO ("Your Journey") is a one-stop shop for pathway program participants and administrators.
Learners
Participants, aka “learners,” use YOJO to identify and apply for programs that meet their learning goals. As they complete programs, YOJO recommends additional programs that help learners reach the next level of their academic or professional careers. Learners use YOJO to chart their paths as early and as far out as desired.
Mentors
YOJO promotes near-peer mentorship, encouraging everyone to be a mentor, regardless of age. As long as you're further along in your learning journey, you can mentor someone at an earlier stage. Mentors use YOJO to match with programs seeking their services and expertise. Mentors create a profile and use YOJO’s common app to get connected to programs that put their skills and passion to work. You can update your profile to become a Mentor at any time.
Admins
Staff who run pathway programs (“admins”) use YOJO to attract applicants, track learners, and evaluate their programs. Admins can use YOJO to review learner applications, communicate about missing documents or interviews, accept or decline candidates, and track Learners longitudinally. YOJO data helps admins understand where learners need support and which program features are most effective.
